The tiers add up. Your first apartment's price does not change when you add the next one.

## Apartments

Minimum fee up to 9 apartments, then a price per apartment from the tenth

## Hotels

One fee per hotel, based on room count

A hotel with up to 25 rooms pays the minimum fee: €31.20 per month, billed annually.

Hotels and apartments: the minimum fee covers one hotel with up to 25 rooms or up to 9 apartments, not both. With a hotel, every apartment is added from the first one: a hotel with 5 rooms and 3 apartments pays €38.40 per month, billed annually (€48 reference rate). With several hotels, the one with the most rooms takes the minimum fee and each of the others adds €16 per month, billed annually, plus its rooms.
